Taking the Florida CNA state exam can feel stressful, but knowing what to expect ahead of time can make test day much easier. The exam includes two separate components: a written test and a hands-on clinical skills test.

What Should You Wear?
Dress appropriately for the clinical portion of the exam. Comfortable scrubs and proper footwear can help you move safely while performing your assigned skills.
You may also need a watch with a second hand for certain clinical tasks. Smartwatches, phones, and other electronic devices are generally not permitted in the testing area, so make sure you understand the current testing-site rules before arriving.
